Previously, Frank was Vice President, Marketing and Sales for Oakwood Asia Pacific, a division of Oakwood Worldwide where he spearheaded the organization’s Brand Marketing, Sales and Distribution strategies. He developed and deployed innovative marketing and sales strategies, initiatives, processes and procedures that achieved the company’s business and development objectives.

At Oakwood, he also established a marketing and sales framework and strategies that enabled the company to more effectively “go-to-market” within the Asia Pacific region, including, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Philippines and Thailand.

Further to professional training in Hotel Management, Frank has specialized in the field of Hospitality Marketing and Sales. This has included experience in difficult and challenging operating environments throughout the Asia Pacific region, including China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia and Singapore.

Operating experience includes pre-opening, Deluxe Hotels & Resorts, Serviced Residences and Apartments as well as Regional and Corporate Marketing and Sales positions, including Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales.

A proven track record of re-engineering and transforming Hospitality Sales and Marketing organizations into high performing teams that consistently delivers. His expertise also includes identifying and developing “go to market” strategies that improve marketing effectiveness and increased sales.

Hospitality groups have included Le Meridien Hotels and Resorts, Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, Carlson Hotels Worldwide and Meritus Hotels & Resorts.
